Write and Rise with Shay works with organizations and leadership teams navigating growth, complexity, and capacity strain.

Many of the leaders we work with are highly capable, deeply committed, and outwardly successful — yet they are carrying far more than their roles were ever designed to hold. When exhaustion, disengagement, or burnout appear, they are often framed as personal issues.
They’re not.
They are signals of systems that rely too heavily on invisible labor, have unclear role boundaries, and are constantly overextended.

Our work exists to address that root cause.
 

Why This Work Exists

This work was born from a simple but persistent pattern Shay saw across organizations and leadership teams.

Write and Rise exists to redesign success so that performance does not require self-erasure.
When women succeed in systems not designed for them, the cost is often hidden — until it becomes unsustainable.

Organizations that scale successfully are not those that demand more from their people.

They are the ones that design systems capable of carrying success — consistently, ethically, and sustainably.

The Problem We Solve

Most growing businesses don’t struggle because of lack of demand. They struggle because their systems can’t carry the growth.

This shows up as:

  • Burnout that feels personal but is structural
